So over the past 2-3 days,
I’ve drank 2 shots of rum/tequila and half a bottle of a smirnoff-esque drink.
how many additional calories is that? I know I shouldn’t be drinking, but hey, we all make mistakes.

wooooooah, wtf, i just checked the scale.
If it’s right and the world isn’t fucking me over, I am now at 155 pounds. That’s saying quite a lot since I know I gained weight since I got injured.

I probably won't be able to run for a long time.
Would I get the same benefits from walking everyday? Would I still be able to lose weight if I ate healthy?
I have a treadmill in my room so I could easily walk on there for an hour or two while watching a movie or a tv show.
